All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For customized or personalized jewellery, processing time may take longer depending on the design and customization requirements. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, ALVINA ships only within India.  
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within India is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, location, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details, where applicable.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

ALVINA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can assist you.
