This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted by ALVINA (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Customized & Personalized Jewellery

Customized or personalized jewellery, including name necklaces, engraved bracelets, pendants, rings, or any product made specifically according to customer-provided details, is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please ensure that all customization details (such as names, initials, dates, or text) are entered correctly before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

2. Non-Customized Products

For non-customized jewellery products, we accept returns or exchanges only in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged items received during delivery
- Incorrect product delivered

3. Return Request Timeline

Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and invoices.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for eligible non-customized products that meet the conditions mentioned above and are subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
